Dr. Fratianni has been providing quality ear, nose, and throat care for the past 20 years in northern Arizona. A California native, Dr. Fratianni attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA and conducted her residency at Oakland General Hospital and Botsford General Hospital, affiliates of Michigan State University. Dr. Fratianni has board certification in general ear, nose, and throat care as well as Otolaryngic Allergy and facial plastic surgery.
IRIS MACZURA, FNP-C, MSN
Iris, Maczura, FNP-C, MSN, is a board certified family nurse practitioner with Crystal Canyon ENT. Iris has extensive experience in coordinating the care of ENT surgical patients at Flagstaff Medical Center and has worked with Dr. Fratianni at FMC for over a decade.
Prior to joining Crystal Canyon ENT, Iris served her community as a surgical nurse in the operating room at Flagstaff Medical Center. Iris's desire is to take her knowledge of hospital-based ENT care and apply it to the clinic-based ENT setting at Crystal Canyon.
Patients appreciate how Iris customizes her communication style to best compliment the knowledge and experiences of her patients.
Education and Certification
Iris earned a master's of science from the University of South Alabama, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her undergraduate degree, a bachelor's of science in nursing, from Northern Arizona University. It is nationally board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
